Student volunteers built a house from the ground up in 10 days!

A group of students from Stony Brook, Geneseo, Johns Hopkins and U-Maryland will be traveling to Chacraseca, Nicaragua to build a home for a family in need.

From May 18-June 4 students will work with community members to build a house from the foundation up!

The cost of the house is $2215 so we’re raising money to pay for the materials that we’ll need and excess funds will be used to fund the on-going water project in the community and scholarships for local children.
